If you’re looking for a new spot to start your morning, you’re in luck! The Biltmore Scramble location is opening on April 2nd and there are a ton of great new dishes on the menu!

The Basics

The newest location, right in the heart of the Biltmore Corridor, is just about the same size as their other two locations with over 3,500 square feet inside and a 1,500 square foot dog-friendly patio. This spot features the undeniable contemporary aesthetic and friendly and courteous staff. The relaxed atmosphere allows patrons to get in and out quickly or to linger over their meal.

“While at most breakfast restaurants you might encounter an hour wait just for a table, our quick casual style of service eliminates the long wait,” said Co-Owner Clay Moizo. “On our busiest days, don’t let the long lines fool you, from the door you are only minutes away from placing your order. Your entire dining experience can take 45 minutes to an hour instead of waiting that long just to sit down elsewhere.”

The Bites

This fast-casual breakfast destination is known for serving up classic, vegan and gluten-free dishes but the newest location is ready to wow you with some exciting new menu items. Scramble is known for using local farmers and vendors throughout their much-loved menu. One of the things that make their menu so treasured is the variety of items that appeal to those with and without dietary restrictions.

“We’re equally proud in our vegan breakfast and gluten-free friendly menu options as we are in our traditional fare and simply want to serve great locally sourced products with our Faster, Fresher, Friendlier motto.”  Our diversity is part of what makes Scramble so special and separates it from other restaurants in town.”

Some of the things we can’t wait to check out are their Cereal Killer Smoothies. You can get yours topped with Reese’s Puffs, Fruity Pebbles and Cap’n Crunch Berries.

They are also set to debut a new Grab & Go concept that will feature prepared salads, sandwiches and wraps along with cold-pressured juices, kombucha. Cold brew and Danzeisen’s milks.

The Booze

In addition to the new menu items there are also a few new cocktails that we are looking forward to checking out. At the top of my list: The Meat Mary. This creative Bloody Mary features bacon-infused Bloody Mary vodka served with bacon, olives and a Benny’s Original Meat Straw. Yes, please!!
