If your Easter Sunday calendar is booked you can save time and energy by heading out to any one of these 2018 Phoenix Easter Brunch options. Celebrate the beginning of Spring with your closest family and friends over a great meal along with a few special surprises.

From a carnival, complete with petting zoo to an extravagant brunch with towering seafood bar, Easter is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, and the Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort is offering a fun-filled lineup of weekend-long activities and happenings, with a little bit of something for everyone!
To sustain energy for all the eggciting programming, the resort’s acclaimed restaurants are offering a variety of dining options.  Thursday through Sunday, Peter Rabbit Afternoon Tea will be served with seating’s available at 11am, 1pm, and 2pm.  An extravagant Easter brunch buffet will be offered at Wright’s from 9am until 2:30pm for $105 for adults and $45 for children. The special take on the renowned dining event will feature carved prime rib, a fresh seafood bar, antipasto station and more.

Beckett’s Table will host an Easter dinner with service beginning an hour early at 4pm on Sunday, April 1st. Highlights include Easter deviled eggs colored with saffron, beets and spinach, complete with “peas and carrots” garnish priced at $2 per egg. Additionally, Chef Beckett will offer Mcclendon Asparagus with chopped egg, confit tomatoes, pancetta, and roasted garlic cream priced at $12. Half-off bottles of Arizona wine will also be available.

This Easter, grab your family and head to Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails where Executive Chef Sean Currid will be preparing a picnic-inspired buffet for the holiday featuring an array of Southern classics. From 11am until 5pm you can enjoy a picnic inspired brunch buffet featuring an array of Southern classics. Adults can enjoy this special holiday buffet for $65 while children can dine for $19.

The Boulders Resort & Spa will be celebrating the Easter Holiday with a luxurious champagne brunch with live music on Sunday, April 1st.  Guests will be treated to a grand seafood display, fresh seasonal fruit and artisan cheese station, a salad station carving station with meats, a dessert display and more from 10am until 3pm.  Featured menu items include oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp cocktail and snow crab claws, herb roasted prime rib, New England crab cakes, smoked short rib hash and more. Elly’s Brunch + Café, the breakfast concept located in Phoenix’s newly renovated Uptown Plaza, will celebrate Easter Sunday with a pancake bar that allows guest to build-their-own full stack of pancakes for $8. Toppings include Oreos, strawberries, banana, blueberries and chocolate chips. Elly’s will also offer $4 mimosas and $5 Bloody Mary’s all day on Easter from 6am until 3pm.

Easter falls on April 1 this year and Gertrude’s, the highly touted full-service restaurant located just inside the Desert Botanical Garden entrance, is offering two menu specials to commemorate the holiday. The restaurant has brought back its popular Lambchetta from when the restaurant first opened 5 years ago along with Monkey Bread. Specials are available starting at 10:30am until they are sold through. Garden admission is not required to dine at Gertrude’s.

Match restaurant is offering a special brunch menu from 10am until 3:30pm on Sunday, April 1st. Resort guests are also invited to an exciting Easter celebration April 1 with special appearances by the Easter Bunny and an entertaining egg hunt featuring over a thousand toy-filled eggs. Visits with the Easter bunny start at 9am at the Falls Water Village and the Egg Hunt kicks off at 10:30am followed by egg decorating, arts and crafts and the Easter Bunny Ring Toss.

Grab your camera and enjoy cookie decorating with Giggles the Bunny, Saturday March 31 from 8am until 11am at Hole-in-the-Wall. Resort guests are invited to the annual Easter Egg Hunt at River Ranch on Sunday, April 1st. The celebration starts at 9am and sign-up is required. You can also enjoy a savory Easter brunch at Rico’s American Grill. On April 1st Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa is elevating Easter with two elegant brunches crafted by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan. Both events benefit from the resort’s stunning surrounds and aptly named Paradise Valley views. Festivities begin with Sanctuary’s annual Easter Egg Hunt at 9:30 a.m., open for hotel guests and Sanctuary members.
Easter Brunch in elements restaurant will feature a delectable three-course prix fixe menu, including starters such as sweet corn and lobster chowder with leeks, potatoes, smoked bacon, chives and house made oyster crackers; chicken fried benedict with a buttermilk biscuit, poached egg, sausage gravy and Louisiana hot sauce; and roasted mushrooms and goat cheese tart with charred fennel, frisée, preserved lemon and balsamic chili glaze. Guests can delight over entrees like duck confit and sweet potato raviolis with broccoli rabe, smoked tomato jam and parmesan cream, and aspring vegetable frittata with roasted peppers, ricotta cheese, English peas and piquillo pepper sauce. Sweet-tooth cravings will be satiated with lemon meringue bombe, strawberry upside-down cake, chocolate caramel tart, and trio of sorbetsThe full menu can be viewed here.
The Easter Buffet celebration in The Views Ballroom will be similarly inspired, and include a variety of seasonal favorites and carving stations.
Sanctuary’s Easter Brunch in elements is $85 per person and $30 for children 12 and younger, served from 10:30am until 2:30pm. The Views Buffet is $75 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years, served from 10am until 2pm.
