While its true that Easter falls on April Fools Day this year, your 2018 Scottsdale Easter Brunch options are no joke! Some holidays have their decadent dinner spreads, but brunch on Easter just feels right. We’ve got the skinny on all the spots whether you are looking for fancy or casual, or locations with Easter bunny photo opps and egg hunts.

Welcoming spring, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is celebrating Easter with an exquisite brunch featuring cuisine from four different restaurants, Easter egg hunts and Bunnyland activities for the whole family, April 1, 2018.  The events and décor are inspired by Lewis Carroll’s classic tales of Alice in Wonderland with Mad Tea Party touches and featuring appearances by Alice, the Hatter, the White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, Tweedledee, Tweedledum and garden fairies.
For a fantastic Easter brunch, chefs from Fairmont Scottsdale’s four distinctive restaurants are coming together to create one elaborate culinary feast in the Palomino Ballroom of the AAA Five Diamond resort. With a whimsical indoor garden theme of fanciful trees, tea party sets and parasols, brunch features popular selections from Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda, Ironwood American Kitchen and Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, accompanied by decadent desserts from the resort’s pastry shop. Easter Brunch will be served from 9am until 3pm. The price is $109 for adults or $49 for children ages 6 through 12. Children 5 and younger dine for free with the purchase of an adult brunch. Make sure to carve out some time for the Easter egg hunts taking place every half hour beginning at 10am and running until 4pm on the Sunset Lawn.

Hash Kitchen will be open on Easter Sunday for Easter brunch from 7am to 3:30pm. Special Easter brunch dishes include cannoli donuts, fried-to-order sweet dough covered with sugar-cinnamon and complete with cannoli cream, brown sugar ham made with smoked brown sugar ham, smashed sweet potatoes, and heirloom carrots, and leg of lamb hash with oven roasted leg of lamb, hash potatoes, poached eggs, and rosemary demi. The build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, live DJ music and an appearance by the Easter Bunny will also be there.

The iconic Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale is celebrating Easter with an Easter egg hunt, a full buffet, and all-day dining at ZuZu. The Valley Ho Easter Buffet is from 10am until 2pm in Sands. Enjoy a delicious array of salads, sides, seafood, entrees and sweets, along with omelet and waffle stations. ZuZu is offering brunch from 6am until 2:30pm. The annual Easter Egg Hunt starts at 9am on the ZuZu patio and includes prizes. The buffet will be $59 per person. The Proof brunch buffet is $42 per person for adults, and $20 for children ages 5 to 12. Kids will enjoy a bouncy house and Easter-themed crafts and activities including egg decorating and face-painting.  Families will want to capture the special holiday moments as the Resort’s youngest guests participate in two egg hunts at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. with views of Pinnacle Peak in the background.  Plus, the Easter Bunny will make special appearances throughout the day. Enjoy a “brunch on a bagel” bar with assorted bagels, orange-tarragon and mustard-smoked salmon, gin-cured salmon gravlax, traditional smoked salmon and house-made accoutrements.
