Whether you are looking for an elegant affair, something more laid back or are looking to dance the night away the Valley is ready with a slew of ways to  ring in 2018. We’ve done the heavy lifting and put together a delicious list of 2017 East Valley New Years Eve celebrations.

Culinary Dropout

2017 Phoenix New Years Eve at Culinary Dropout

When | Sunday, December 31st
Details | With locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe, Culinary Dropout is offering a special prix fixe menu on New Year’s Eve for just $25 per person. Start your three-course menu with an appetizer like Smoked Salmon Toast or Sweet Potato Pierogies with crispy Brussels sprout, roasted cauliflower, mustard seed and arugula. Main entree choices range from Famous Fried Chicken to Rainbow Trout. End your meal on a sweet note with an Apple Cobbler or Chocolate S’mores Pudding.

Cities Bar & Grille

When | Sunday, December 31st from 4pm until 10pm
Details | Cities Bar & Grill will feature a full buffet complete with a garden salad, assorted meats and cheeses, Mexican white tail shrimp, penne pasta, roasted prime rib, grilled salmon, chicken cordon bleu and more.

House of Tricks

When | Sunday, December 31st from 5pm until 10pm
Details | Celebrate New Year’s Eve with House of Tricks, the sophisticated way to ring in 2018. While normally closed on Sundays, this year House of Tricks is open and accepting New Year’s reservations from 5pm until 10pm. Guests can enjoy an elegant dinner and champagne (or their favorite wines) with that special someone. The restaurant will be featuring a few special menu items in addition to their usual dinner menu.

Kai

When | Sunday, December 31st from 5pm until 9pm
Details |Kai’s Chef de Cuisine, Ryan Swanson, has prepared a seven-course tasting menu complete with the splendor expected from the award-winning Kai dining experience. Chef Swanson’s offerings will include courses such as Hudson Valley foie gras with late harvest pumpkin, saguaro molasses, charred Cipollini, finished with pumpernickel and rosemary soil, and a cast iron Wagyu strip and braised cheek alongside a celebration of potatoes, pickled I’itoi and Sonoran chili mole. Please mind that Kai’s dress code discourages denim and will exclude any shorts and hats worn in the restaurant.

Ko’sin

When | Sunday, December 31st from 5:30pm until 9pm
Details |A four-course dinner will be offered in Ko’sin in place of their traditional dinner menu on New Year’s Eve. Unique entrée highlights include; “Moon and Sea” with grilled lobster, blackened corvina, handmade lemon mezzelune pasta, chanterelle mushroom and Champagne cream and “South for the Winter” with duck breast, black garlic gnocchi, fig reduction, cauliflower espuma and duck cracklings. The year’s final meal wouldn’t be complete without Chef Castro’s sweet creations which will include; a banana tarte tatin with salted caramel, vanilla bean ice cream and walnut tuile or a crème fraiche panna cotta with raspberry geleé, mesquite meal crumble and coconut pineapple compote.

Sandbar Mexican Grill

When | Sunday, December 31st beginning at 9pm
Details | Travel back in time when the likes of Sinatra, Dino, and more were taking over Las Vegas with Sandbar Mexican Grill.  Both Sandbar Mexican Grill will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a classic Vegas style celebration, New Year’s Eve at the Sands, featuring $5 glass of champagne all day and mini Dos XX toast at midnight.

Shula’s Steak House

When | Sunday, December 31st from 11am until 10pm
Details | Diners will enjoy shrimp cocktail or a jumbo lump crab cake to start. Entrée choices will include twin tails or filet mignon and seared scallops. Cheesecake will round out your NYE dinner.

Zappone’s Italian Bistro

When | Sunday, December 31st from 4pm until 10pm
Details | Zappone’s NYE menu features your choice of wild mushroom soup or a Casa salad to start. Entrée options include filet mignon or homemade crab ravioli and mascarpone cheesecake to finish.
