While we are in the full swing of summer, the places to find respite from heat become more and more scarce. One thing that can always be counted upon is that some of your favorite restaurants and bars are switching up their menus and EVO is no exception. We’ve got the lowdown on EVO’s Summer Cocktail Menu.

La Paz

This cocktails moniker translates to peace, which is exactly what will overcome you as you sip. The combination of in-house barrel aged tequila, Aperol, lime and elderflower foam with have you thinking you’re having a leisurely cocktail on a terrace, observing the southern waves lapping against the shore.

Limoncello Rosa

A sweltering summer day calls for a refreshing drink, something which citrus based drinks deliver in spades. EVO’s interpretation of the classic limoncello. Their house made limoncello is combined with a sweet and distinctly flavored pomegranate syrup along with gin lemon and soda water.

This one is for any science lover. The magic of chemical reactions takes milk, lemon juice and three different varieties of rum and green tea and creates an impressive and surprisingly clear cocktail.

Barrel Roll

If you are looking for something a little bolder, the Barrel Roll may be just the thing for you. This cocktail combines barrel aged Amaro with a bourbon that has been aging since February. For an added touch of fancy and distinction, the drink is served with a Campari frozen sphere.

In addition to these refreshing cocktails, you’ll also find all of your favorites on the cocktail rotation as well as their comprehensive wine list. No matter which libations you choose, be sure to pair them with EVO’s rustic Italian comfort dishes. Their full menu is available until 1:30am and you can check out their reasonable happy hour pricing from 4 to 7pm.
