New Menu | True Food Kitchen’s New Spring Menu

How are your New Year’s resolutions going? Are you still working towards a healthier you? If so, good for you! If not, tomorrow is a new day and True Food Kitchen’s new spring menu is sure to get you back on track in the most delicious way possible. Not only are the new menu items enticing by description alone, they are also made with the best springtime ingredients.

Get your veggie on with the new torched avocado. This dish is served with a cucumber noodle, mushrooms, snap peas, radish, sesame and a turmeric ponzu.


True Food Kitchen's roasted artichoke pizzaTry the new roasted artichoke pizza complete with sugar snap peas, smoked onion, roasted garlic, a vegan almond ricotta and some black truffles.

There is also a new wild mushroom pizza with asparagus, roasted garlic, and taleggio.


True Food Kitchen's poke bowlThis one was custom made for me. Okay, not really, but adore poke and this version sounds out of this world. This one is a little out the box, which is probably why it’s so enticing. This version is made with wild caught albacore, a little avocado, quinoa rice (what?!), mushrooms, snow peas, cucumber, cashews and a turmeric ponzu. I can’t wait to try this one!


Spring is the perfect time for key lime pie and True Food is serving up a traditional version complete with Chantilly cream.

Looking for something on the light side? The sea buckthorn sorbet with luxardo cherries is sure to help you chill out.

Refreshers & Teas

Check out the new cherry chia limeade. Perfect for patio sipping!

If you’re feeling a little sluggish or under the weather, the new hangover RX is made with pineapple, orange, honey and coconut water.


If you’re looking for a refreshing drink with a little oomph, the blueberry royale is for you. It’s made with organic vodka, lemon, prosecco, and mint.
