The restaurant exudes creativity through innovative cuisine and inspired libations, both of which are on full display with a fun and modern take on a classic prix fixe menu. Executive Chef Akos Szabo begins the meal with an Italian inspired amuse bouche and moves on to savory starters such as the seafood agnolotti which combines sustainable salmon and mano de leon scallops in a savory Maine lobster cream sauce to start. Classic entrees are given a twist, the surf & turf combines braised beef short rib, Kauai prawn scampi and duck fat fried potato with a sauce albufera, merging familiar taste profiles with the unexpected.
