The Girl Scout Cookie Dessert Challenge is Back!

Its that time of year again. You know, when you head out to the grocery store only after making sure that you have cash on you for the adorable little girls set up just outside the doors with piles and piles of delicious Girl Scout Cookies.

What you may not know is that 2017 marks the fourth year of the Girl Scout Cookie Dessert Challenge. Some of your favorite local chefs are tasked with taking those treasured Girl Scout cookies and re-imagining them into delightful desserts that will take an honored spot on their menus during the month of February. The best part of the Challenge, other than a few more ways to incorporate those great Girl Scout cookies into your diet, is that a portion of the proceeds of the dessert sales will go directly to supporting the Girl Scouting Community.

We’ve got a full list of the epic cookie desserts right here, but as an added bonus we are giving away two $25 gift cards to Fresko Mediterranean Grill. All you have to do to be entered to win is comment what your favorite Girl Scout cookie is. Super simple.
