Crave Waffle Sandwich Creations has amped up its adult beverage offerings with the addition of monthly waffle & beer pairings and breakfast-themed cocktails.

Crave Waffle Sandwich Creations Wants You HappierIn partnership with Gordon Biersch, Crave is pairing its decadent dessert liège waffles with a rotating draft brew from Gordon Biersch for just $7 during happy hour from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Friday. Differentiating itself from a traditional waffle made with batter and drenched in sticky syrup, the Liège waffles at Crave are constructed from a yeast dough embedded with tiny sugar pearls. The result is a brioche-like pillowy waffle with a crunchy caramelized outside and a soft, sweet interior. The new beer pairing is sure to only enhance the flavor of these unique sweets.

Crave has added a plethora of boozy breakfast cocktails to its menu, including the Blueberry Waffle, which comprises blueberry vodka, Butterscotch Schnapps, Blue Curacao and whipped cream, topped with savory waffle pieces; Crave Waffle-Tini made with vanilla vodka, caramel and a splash of lemon-lime soda; and Cinnamon Crunch concocted with Fireball whiskey and Rumchata. The waffle-centric restaurant has also given its thick custard milkshakes an adult twist by offering it spiked.

Crave also wants to appease anyone who’s ever said, “why limit happy to just one hour?” Happy Hour at Crave has been extended to 11am until 7pm, Monday through Friday, which will allow customers to indulge all afternoon. Well drinks wine, beer, margaritas, bloody marys and Crave’s famous “dirty” milkshakes will all be available at discounted prices.

Crave Waffle Sandwich Creations is located at 9380 W. Westgate blvd., Suite D-103 in Glendale.
