Dog Days Lager at Pups & Pints
When the dog days of summer come calling what could be better than getting out of the house with your four-legged friend and enjoying a new brew?
On May 25th from 6:30 until 8pm, you’ll want to head over to Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery for a dog-friendly event benefitting Lucky Paw Shelter. Pet owner and dog lovers are invited to the Tap House to enjoy a complimentary sample of Dog Days Dortmunder Lager. You’ll be among friends, of the human and furry variety to socialize on the misted patio. Dog Days is one of nine Two Brothers’ seasonal beers that are available throughout the year. The golden lager is a German style Dortmunder with a delicate caramel malt character and light body. It also has a noticeable hop character that creates a crisp, clean finish.
A representative from Lucky Paws Shelter will be on-site throughout the event with several dogs available for adoptions as well as information on pet adoptions. If you begin a pet adoption during the event you will receive a special gift from Two Brothers. All event guests will have an opportunity to browse an assortment of pet treats and accessories from Dogs Etc, a local specialty dog boutique.
Stick around long enough to try out some of Two Brothers award-winning menu items like my favorite, their Beer-Battered Cheese Curds or their Waffle BLT. They’ll even have loaded hot dogs for only $8 a piece in honor of the event.
Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery is located at 4321 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. Their Happy Hour runs from 4m until 6pm Monday through Friday.
