Passover Recipes; Help for a healthier holiday

Passover is often full of gatherings of friends and family, celebrating with great food and togetherness. Traditional Passover recipes are not typically health-minded, and this can cause some stress for those that are looking to either lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Truth is, you can use the holiday as an opportunity to experiment in the kitchen and find some new, easy ways to create some healthy and delicious recipes. Our friends at Medifast have shared the following healthy Passover recipes, perfect for testing out this season. You can easily create a full meal from these recipes, but we encourage you to try out some of these and then create some new versions of your favorite dishes with a healthy slant.
