Help Cuisine & Wine Bistro Celebrate their 1st Anniversary

On March 3, 2015 owners Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz launched Cuisine & Wine Bistro with high expectations of bringing customers relaxing music, exquisite food, impeccable service and an incomparable selection of domestic and imported wines.

A year later, and those dreams are reflected in multiple 5-star reviews on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and Facebook. Last month, BuzzFeed.com named top wine bars for each state, selecting Cuisine & Wine Bistro as Arizona’s Best Wine Bar.

The listing relied on reviews and rankings from Yelp to determine state winners and quoted two reviewers who described the family-owned restaurant’s wine and food as “phenomenal” and the service as “excellent.”

Owners Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz credit much of their success to a growing base of loyal returning customers. “We are so thankful for the many customers who have been so loyal and supportive of our restaurant,” Mairead Buschtetz said. “We love seeing familiar faces every week, and their positive reviews make it all worthwhile.”

To celebrate one year of operations and to reward loyal patrons, Cuisine & Wine Bistro will have a drawing each week for free appetizers and one drawing during the month for a dinner for two with wine. Anyone who writes a review of the bistro on Google, TripAdvisor or Yelp will be entered into the weekly drawing. To be eligible for the dinner drawing, customers need to provide their email address to the restaurant.

Family-owned Cuisine & Wine Bistro has quickly become a Valley favorite with customers coming from all over to enjoy the authentic French food that Chef Fabrice creates, particularly his signature escargots. He is the third generation of his family to run a restaurant.
