What all do you get in the gift set?
First off, the gift set comes packed in wood chips; a creative use of their product!
Outdoor Gourmet: Grilling Planks, Wraps and Smoking Chips from Sandpoint, Idaho.

The grilling plank sampler comes with 6 planks, one each of Cedar, Alder, Hickory, Cherry, Maple and Red Oak 5×10″ planks. Each are stamped with their wood variety so there is no question.
