Kevin Binkley and Sam Pillsbury: A Perfect Pairing

If you’ve had occasion to dine at any one of Kevin Binkley’s restaurants, you know that the food is something that people can’t help but talk about. Imagine all of that ingredient-focused creativity paired with the boutique high-altitude wines created by Sam Pillsbury and the Pillsbury Wine Company. Bink’s Scottsdale will be the backdrop to this exclusive four course dining event this Wednesday evening.

The Bites

First| Lobster, avocado, melon, extra virgin olive oil, purslane, frozen passion fruit vinaigrette

Second| Smoked pumpernickel pasta, roasted mushrooms, arugula, cured egg yolk, aged Gouda, crispy prosciutto

Third| Seared duck breast, cherries, snap peas, horseradish cornbread pudding

Fourth| Dessert – Surprise

The Booze

First| 2011 Chenin Blanc

Second| 2011 Roan Red

Third| 2012 Shiraz

Fourth| First ever Pillsbury Dessert Wine

The Bucks

This exclusive dinner is only $80 per person, not including tax or gratuity and begins at 6:30 pm on August 13th.
