Imagine all of that ingredient-focused creativity paired with the boutique high-altitude wines created by Sam Pillsbury and the Pillsbury Wine Company. Bink’s Scottsdale will be the backdrop to this exclusive four course dining event this Wednesday evening.
First| Lobster, avocado, melon, extra virgin olive oil, purslane, frozen passion fruit vinaigrette
Second| Smoked pumpernickel pasta, roasted mushrooms, arugula, cured egg yolk, aged Gouda, crispy prosciutto
Third| Seared duck breast, cherries, snap peas, horseradish cornbread pudding
