Celebrate Summer with the new Prix Fixe menu at the Capital Grille
The Capital Grille in Scottsdale has an exclusive summer prix fixe menu. The light flavors and prefect portions will help to take the sting out of our summer temps.
The Bites
Start your dinner off with a salad of field greens with a champagne shallot vinaigrette.
You can choose for any one of the following entrees:
- Seared citrus glazed salmon
- 8 ounce filet mignon
- Breast of chicken confit
Your entree will be presented with your choice of either Sam’s mashed potatoes or seasonal fresh vegetables.
Wrap up your meal with a decadent creme brule.
The Booze
Beverages are not noted as included in the prix-fixe menu.

The exclusive summer deal is available for $39.00 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
