Once a year, you’re invited to find that one connection you have to Irish heritage, wear your most spirited green outfit and enjoy all the shenanigans whether your blood runs green or not. If you feel like letting getting out and celebrating, here are a few places where you might be able to find a little luck of the Irish.031714 BarellHouse

Valley St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations

Barrel Grill & Modern Saloon

Stop in to see how cowboys celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. From 11am to close you can enjoy $2 Green House Brew, $5 Car Bomb, Jameson or Bailey’s shots, $3 Cans of Guinness, $3 Nitro Milk Stout Beer and $5 Irish coffee. You can also fill up on scratch made Shepard’s Pie for only $10. 

Calico Jack’s Cantina

Monday marks the end of the ‘Irish I Were Mexican’ festivities at Calico Jack’s. It’s a proven fact that you can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning, so they will be opening their doors at 9am. They say the party won’t stop until the last drop of Jameson is downed, so if you’re in the area head over and help them out! 

Chompie’s

Four Valley locations

An all you can eat corned beef fest? Sign me up! You can get in on this delicious indulgence from 11am to close for only $18.99 per person. You can also get a complete corned beef meal with a special dessert for $15.99. Chompie’s will also have St. Patrick’s themed baked goods including cookies, cupcakes, cakes, green bagels and Irish soda bread available in the bakery. This offer is only available on St. Patrick’s Day 3/17/14. Beer, wine, cocktails and a variety of drinks, including Chompie’s famous Brooklyn, New York style Egg Creams are also available. All Chompie’s locations are participating.

Margaritaville

Margaritaville is serving up a special menu of Irish-inspired cocktails all day during their I’rish I had a Margarita celebrations. Special cocktails will include $7.75 Shambrocker, $9.25 Irish Boat Drink, $7.25 Lucky Landshark Lager and $7.75 Off to See the Leprechaun Marg O’Rita.

McFadden’s

On Monday at 9am, “The Wildest St. Patrick’s Day party” is being hosted by Verne Troyer (aka “Mini Me” from Austin Powers). From 9-11am, specials include $1 Mimosas and Green Beer, $5 Bloody Marys and a special St. Patrick’s Day brunch. From 3-6pm, enjoy happy hour from 3pm-6pm with half-off all appetizers and anything on-tap. At 6pm, McFadden’s will host an official Phoenix Coyotes watch party where Howler and the Paw Patrol will be on-hand to giveaway door prizes, including some autographed merchandise.

RA Sushi Bar Restaurant

Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day in the RA with all day beer, sake and cocktail specials starting at just $1! On Monday, March 17, from open to close, drink like the Irish at any Valley RA Sushi location. Toast to good luck with $1 green hot sake, $4 Jameson Irish Whiskey shots, $5 Melon Margaritas and Kirin/Kirin Light, or $6 Irish Car Bombs. If green drinks aren’t your thing, throughout the month of March, RA Sushi is also offering its Signature Sea Monkey cocktail for only $6. This sweet and colorful martini is made with SKYY Raspberry vodka, Chambord and pineapple and cranberry juices.

Saddle Ranch Chop House

Offering no cover all day, Saddle Ranch is serving $5 Green Draft Beer, $14 Lucky Leprechaun carafes and their famous cotton candy for $8.99 that will be dyed green for the occasion.

For only $30 per person you can enjoy the below menu from 12 to 9pm:

Appetizer: Potato cabbage and fennel – pork sausage soup served with croutons and olive oil or chilled farm egg salad, with crispy pancetta, capers, peppers and lemon aioli

Entrée: crispy potato gnocchi with braised pork belly, basil and Irish cheddar fondue or Italian smoked corned beef panino with onion focaccia, crunchy jardinière, and fontina

Dessert: Double chocolate cake with Guinness served with whipped baileys cream

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with $2 Green Beer (until it runs out) and a $10 Corn Beef and Cabbage special. On St. Patrick’s Day, enjoy complimentary cover when doors open at 7pm and the live pianos begin at 8pm. Partygoers can enjoy $2 Green Beer, $3 Guinness, $6 Irish Car Bombs and a $10 Corn Beef and Cabbage special.

Tilted Kilt

The Paddy Bomb is just one of the many Irish themed drinks that Tilted Kilt will be serving. A crowd favorite, it turns green within seconds as Three Olives Orange Vodka and Blue Curacao is dropped into a half pint of Red Bull. The restaurant will also be offering a variety of beers on tap, Irish whiskey, shooters, bombers and brilliant bevvie’s The recent release of their Irish Hooley menu which includes Corned Beef Hash, Olde Dublin Irish Stew and, of course, their amazing Scotch Eggs. The authentic menu is being offered only through St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, at all Tilted Kilt locations.
