Holiday Gift Idea: Le Creuset 8 qt. Stockpot
Nearly everyone who loves to cook loves to cook with Le Creuset. Their quality cookware is built to last. I’ve well-loved every piece of Le Creuset cookware in my kitchen, but I really enjoy knowing that these will make great heirlooms one day for my daughter to experiment with in her own kitchen. I update and add to the cookware in my kitchen frequently (new pots and pans are kind of my addiction), but I’ll never let my Le Creuset pieces go.
If you’re looking for a holiday gift for a friend or family member who loves to cook, check out this great deal on Le Creuset’s 8 qt. Stockpot. Normally priced at $90, you can score it for $59.99 just in time for Christmas!
The stockpots are available in a variety of really pretty colors (one of the things I love most about the brand): I’ve really fallen for the Truffle brown and Rosemary green.
I had the opportunity to test one for myself and I was ecstatic to receive the stockpot in my favorite shade – the Rosemary.
The pot is very sturdy, as is all Le Creuset cookware. The enamel on the steel stockpot is resistant to wear and damage and allows you to use it on any kind of stovetop. The pot features convenient quick heating, excellent heat distribution and a stainless steel rim around the top edge that prevents chipping and cracking.
I was excited to test out this pot with a batch of turkey stock from my leftover Thanksgiving Day turkey and can’t wait to use it again for Turkey Soup.
While cooking, I appreciated that the heat-resistant handles stayed cool while I strained my liquid. After I made my mess in the kitchen, cleaning the pot was a breeze. The interior resists flavor absorption and staining and makes it super easy to wipe clean.
Overall? All pros and no cons! There’s nothing to dislike about Le Creuset. Sometimes I “window shop” their site while I make my ultimate wish list, dreaming of the day when my kitchen will be filled their colorful pots and pans… and I am in love with these adorable Mini Cocottes. You can purchase them in a set of 3 for $70.00, also available in several colors.
Purchase both of these products online at cookware.lecreuset.com just in time for Christmas!
