The S’more the Merrier!

S’mores typically conjure up a picture in your mind of happy faces around a campfire, surrounded by cool winds in the pines and tent somewhere close by. If you’re like me and not big on camping, fret not. August 10th is National S’mores Day and you can easily enjoy the comforting taste of s’mores without all the pesky bugs and critters at any one of these local spots.

Sprinkles Cupcakes knows how to celebrate National S’mores Day! Their irresistible cupcake features graham cracker-lined Belgian dark chocolate cake filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallow frosting. This sweet treat is available from August 2nd to September 2nd at their Scottsdale location!

Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill features a unique twist on traditional s’mores with a marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker cake served with a root beer float made with vanilla ice cream and IBC Root Beer. This delectable dessert is available at all 5 Z’Tejas restaurants on their summer menu until August 16th.

Salut Kitchen Bar brings the real s’mores experience right to your table! The dessert is a make-your-own s’more stand—they provide a small flame, and you build your treat! And on Monday and Tuesday nights, enjoy the dessert with a bottle of wine for just $20!
