Details:  Start of your meal with a tossed house salad then add your choice of dried apricot glazed ham or grilled herb chicken with a pesto cream sauce. All entrees served with sauteed julienne beets, red onions, and fresh herbs with a fully loaded twice baked potato. For dessert you have the choice of a berry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

The adults buffet includes seasonal fruits and berries, an assortment of salads, carving station with horseradish crusted prime rib and roasted turkey breast, mesquite grilled mahi mahi, mole rubbed pork loin, herb garlic tofu with stir fried japanese eggplant,  fresh baked belgian waffles, cheddar jack and roasted green chili pork chorizo, whipped yukon gold potato, applewood smoked sausage, apple crepe with fresh berries, assorted breakfast breads, omelet station and dessert station.
