First stop in the Farmer in the House series: Vincent’s
Pat Duncan’s renowned Farmer in the House series starts off on Wednesday, March 27th, with an intriguing dinner at Vincent’s on Camelback and is pairing up with Duncan’s Trading Company Organic Produce and Piattelli Vineyards from Argentina. This dinner begins at 6:30pm with a reception you won’t want to miss. Call now to make your reservation as remaining seats are limited. Reception will feature Caramelized Onion & Fennel Pizza slices paired with Piattelli Torrontes.
Dinner service will begin at 7pm and features the following:
- First | mizuna salad with grilled scallops & crispy potato cakes paired with Piattelli Un-Oaked Chardonnay
- Second | oven roasted escarole with veal loin in a malbec wine glaze paired with Piattelli Grand Reserve Malbec
- Third | lamb shank with braised root vegetables in cabernet tomato broth and saffron rice paired with Piattelli Trinita (Bordeaux Blend)
- Fourth | caramelized beet cheesecake
