The 8-inch size is perfect for small jobs and single portions. I loved using it to fry up an egg or sauté a helping of fresh veggies or single serving of chicken. The non-stick fry pan put all my other non-stick skillets to shame. With as many dishes as I’ve tested in this pan, none of them stick. Every protein, no matter how much or now little fat I used, slid easily out of the pan.

The Thermolon Granite ceramic coating has a better scratch resistance than other coatings and lasts longer than its predecessors. The pan’s perfect heat distribution ensured that my meats were cooked evenly and all at the same doneness. Its 3mm clad construction encompasses a thick aluminum core that allows for optimal heat retention. I also love that the handle is V-shaped (so air between the pan and handle can pass through) which helps keep it cool even when cooking on high heat and feels very sturdy in my hand when holding the heavy fry pan.

Overall? I’ll have to snag up a couple more of these in bigger sizes. I’ll never go back to my old pans.
