New lunch menu at Sapporo
Sapporo, a Scottsdale hotspot for sushi lovers and after-work happy hour goers, rolled out a new lunch menu just a couple of weeks ago offering lighter fare for the season’s warm temperatures. The lunch menu includes specialty sushi rolls and sashimi, noodle/rice bowls, small plates, salads and sandwiches for non-sushi eaters and bento boxes which include sushi and a salad.
Some of the new dishes include:
- Small Plates Menu: Lobster Potstickers $8 | Steamed and Seared Lobster Dumplings, Spicy Chili Butter
- Small Plates Menu: Coconut Chicken Skewers $6 | Coconut Crusted Chicken Skewers, Sweet Chili Sauce
- Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Salad $12 | Salmon, Baby Greens, Tomatoes, Avocado, Sweet & Sour Vinaigrette
- Spinach Gorgonzola Salad $12 | Chicken Breast, Apples, Grape Tomatoes, Candied Pecans & Gorgonzola with Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Noodle/Rice Bowls Menu: Seared Tuna $10 | Yellowfin Tuna, Hot & Spicy Glaze
- Noodle/Rice Bowls Menu: Spicy Grilled Salmon $9 | Spicy Char-Grilled Salmon, Autumn Greens, Sticky Rice
- Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Sandwich $10 | Grilled Chicken Breast with Teriyaki, Seared Pineapple, Cheddar, Brioche Bun
- Asian BBQ Pulled Pork $10 | Slow Roasted & Shredded Pork, Fresh Veggie Slaw, Brioche Bun
- Surf & Turf Roll $11 | Tempura Crab, Seared Filet, Avocado, Cucumber, Spicy Mayo & Tabasco
- Citrus Yellowtail (8pc) $18 | Sashimi Style Yellowtail in a Citrus Ponzu with Miso Sauce & Avocado
- Scottsdale Roll $6 | Crab, Spicy Scallops & Avocado
- Las Vegas Roll $6 | Toasted Eel, Crab, Avocado & Cream Cheese
- Rainbow Roll $12 | California Roll Topped with Tuna, Shrimp, Salmon, Yellowtail, Snapper & Avocado
- Yin Bento Box $13 | Spicy Tuna Roll, Tuna Nigiri, Yellowtail Nigiri, Salmon Nigiri, Cucumber Sunomono, Seaweed Salad
- Yang Bento Box $12 | Las Vegas Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Cucumber Sunomono, Squid Salad
