With a “Farm to Table” mentality from California to Scottsdale, Arizona, Calistro buys from local farms, preparing everything in-house from scratch. On the dinner menu, you’ll find starters like Sweet Potato Croquettes (Tempura sweet potato, spices, citrus crema | $10), Roasted Local Goat Cheese (Crow’s Dairy goat cheese, sweet peppers, concentrated tomato, toasted baguette | $11), and Vegetable Ravioli (Braised local greens and ricotta filling, pickled garlic cream, tomato confit, crispy basil | $12). A variety of soups, salads and flatbreads are also available.
