Summer Specials from Fox Restaurant Concepts

Now that it’s heating up, restaurants are dishing out their best summer specials and Fox Restaurant Concepts is not falling behind! The Arrogant Butcher, Bloom, Culinary Dropout, The Greene House, Modern Steak, Olive & Ivy, Sauce, and Zinburger will each offer a unique summer special exclusive to their location.

Check out each restaurant’s Summer Specials available through the end of September:

• The Arrogant Butcher

Located downtown at CityScape, The Arrogant Butcher’s summer happy hour specials (served in the bar, Mon-Sat, 3-6pm) include $4 well drinks and select wine, $2-$4 draft beers, and $6 shot and beer specials. Specialty cocktails, including The Fix (rum, lemon, & fresh fruit compote), are also $4. • Bloom

Located in the Gainey Village in Scottsdale, Bloom’s summer happy hour specials are available daily from 4-6pm and half off martinis, cocktails, wine (bottles, glasses and flights) and select appetizers and salads. For more information, call 480-922-5666.

• Culinary Dropout

Culinary Dropout, located at Scottsdale Waterfront, if offering specials throughout the summer (Monday-Friday, 3pm-6pm) including select appetizers from $2 to $5, plus $4 well drinks and $3 mugs of beer. Culinary Dropout’s happy hour menu offers an à la carte antipasti menu where guests can choose from a variety of meats and cheeses ($2-$5 each), including Coulommiers, Tete de Moine, Capicola, or Sopressata Toscana. • The Greene House

Located at Kierland Commons, The Greene House is offering a wine special every Sunday, all day long, through the end of September: 50% off all bottles of wines, including reserves from the extensive wine list featuring more than 35 selections from boutique California wineries. • Modern Steak

Modern Steak, located at Scottsdale Fashion Square, is offering a 3-course, prix fixe menu for $35 per person, daily from 5-9:30 p.m. First course selections include a Chopped Vegetable Salad with avocado, parmesan, and champagne vinaigrette; Sweet Corn Chowder with smoked bacon and house made cracker; or Shrimp Cocktail with cucumber and celery heart. Featured entrees include Filet Mignon with Yukon potato and green beans; Halibut with cream corn, shaved asparagus, and tomato jam; and Cherry Glazed Pork Chop with braised greens and shoestring potato. • Sauce Pizza + Wine

At all six Valley-wide locations, Sauce is offering a Summer Sampler deal, featuring one pizza, one salad and two glasses of red or white wine for $20 through September 27. Served all day, every day of the week items available from the sampler menu are all pizzas $9.75 and less, plus six salads and select Chardonnay or Chianti. Pizza selections include toppings such as Mozzarella, Fontina Cheese and Basil; Pepperoni and Crimini Mushrooms; or Portobello and Artichoke. • Zinburger

Wine and burger bar, Zinburger, is offering a daily lunch special from 11am-2pm throughout the summer, which includes a burger, side dish, and a soft drink for $12. Happy hour is offered Monday-Friday from 4-6pm with half price draft beer and wine and side items, such as Hand-cut Fries, Sweet Potato Fries with yogurt dressing, and Zucchini Fries with parmesan  and ranch.
