Jennifer Van Inwegen, owner of Creative Butters, launched her business in 2009 from a booth at a Phoenix Arizona Farmers’ Market. As she envisioned a ‘perfect’ career, one that would fit in with her busy life as well as incorporate her passion for good food; she since threw that passion into butter, creating a unique line of 4 gourmet flavors. This isn’t just your ordinary butter, but rather an easy way to add a little ‘gourmet’ to your day. Use them to spruce up your morning slice of toast or stack of pancakes, or even use them to create flavorful dinners (check out the recipe section of their website for Herb Roast Chicken) and side dishes.
Jennifer whips up the butters in a commercial kitchen, beginning with sweet cream Grade AA butter and then blends them to perfection with quality, naturally-flavorful ingredients like premium herbs and spices – for a finished, all-natural gourmet product.
The butters are available in four flavors: Honey Cinnamon, Orange Pecan, Garlic Herb, and Sun Dried Tomato. The gourmet butters are packaged in 6 oz. tubs and attractively priced at $6 each.
