Chris Galli Returns to Petite Maison for Friday’s Staff Meal
The long awaited ‘Welcome Back Staff Meal’ is upon us! The “twitter-legendary” hipster (aka Chris Galli) has returned to our city from his journey and is scheduled to suit up again in Petite Maison’s kitchen for this Friday’s Staff Meal. And, he’s bringing a Hawaiian flair to the menu with influence from his travels.
The menu:
- Macadamaia Nut Crusted White Fish with a green papaya slaw
- Traditional Hawaiian Street Food – the Loco Moco
- Red Cup: Mai Tai with a twist
The prices have yet to be announced, but will fall in line with usual Staff Meal prices (entrées are typically priced between $10-$12 and Red Cups around $5).
The Staff Meal will take place on Friday night (April 29th) from 10pm-midnight. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling Petite Maison at 480-991-6887.
