May Will Bring a Promising New Restaurant to Biltmore Fashion Park

Michael McDermott and Jason Merritt have had a successful partnership for the last 20 years with their creation of Kona Grill.  With a rich family history of restaurant crafting over the last few decades, they present to us Black Chile Mexican Grill.

Black Chile is set to provide diners with authentic, high quality Mexican cuisine by serving up traditional dishes as well as introducing some bold new flavors and unique presentations all the while being affordable and approachable.

Set to open in May at the Biltmore Fashion Park, Black Chile boasts some exciting and intriguing menu items, such as the traditional quesadillas, tacos and enchiladas as well as Cojota Grilled Corn and Roasted Pablano Queso.

The bar will definitely be ready for the happy hour scene, boasting more than 75 bottles of tequila from more than 17 different distilleries as well as a full liquor, wine and beer menu.  Look out for their specialty cocktails like margaritas, sangrias and tequila flights.
