During his presentation at True Food Kitchen, Dr. Weil will provide invaluable information about the importance of eating healthful, nutrition-rich meals, with an emphasis on fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.

True Food Kitchen’s Executive Chef, Michael Stebner, will demonstrate preparation techniques for the Sustainable Sea Bass featuring Brussels sprouts, Asian mushrooms, purple potato, ginger and Umami sauce. Guests will also get to sample items from the True Food Kitchen breakfast menu.

The event is $35 per person and includes the presentation by Dr. Weil, a Q&A session, cooking demonstration, and food tastings. Space is limited and reservations are required.
