Fox Restaurant Concepts Opens The Arrogant Butcher February 21 at CityScape

Fox Restaurant Concepts will open its newest restaurant, The Arrogant Butcher, on Monday, February 21st at Cityscape.

The 7,500 square foot space will soon be a “see and be seen” locality ideal for any crowd from the buttoned-down business professionals having power lunches to after-work cocktails with co-workers. The convenient location will make a trendy spot for event goers and downtown hipsters to enjoy late-night food and drinks.

The Arrogant Butcher will be unlike any of the other restaurants that Fox Restaurant Concepts has opened. Sam Fox, owner of Fox Restaurant Concepts speaks about restaurant, “I wanted to do something completely new and different from our other concepts, while at the same time creating a space within the fresh, new area of downtown that has an old, friendly feeling, like it’s been there forever. CityScape truly had a vision of what downtown Phoenix could be and we’re excited to be a part of developing this great part of our city.”

The urban restaurant’s menu, offering lunch and dinner, will feature urban grill-meets-comfort food, with bold flavors and a mix of hearty to healthy items.

Lunch items include:

• Chopped Salmon Salad | Kale, Cauliflower, Currants, Almonds, Champagne Vinaigrette | $13
• Grilled Chicken Tabbouleh Salad | Cucumber, Tomato, Feta, Almonds, Oregano Vinaigrette | $12
• Grilled Fish Sandwich | Roasted Peppers, Olives, Boursin Cheese | $14
• Smoky Mountain Ham & Egg Sandwich | Tomato, Cheddar Biscuit | $8

Dinner entrées include:

• Skirt Steak | Bacon, Fingerlings, Green Beans | $24
• Grilled Swordfish | Artichokes, Creamy Barley, Crushed Chile, Lemon | $23
• Pork & Beans | Braised Pork Shank, Baked Beans, Collard Greens | $19
• Beef Short Rib Stew | Green Chiles, Fried Egg, Cornbread | $16

The restaurant is set to open on Monday, February 21. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-10pm (open till 11pm in the bar only).
