Posted on: November 10th, 2010 by Amy Martin No Comments

No matter if you’re feeling sweet or spicy, the Chiles and Chocolate Festival this weekend will have you covered.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the Desert Botanical Gardens will host its most popular fall festival: the Chiles and Chocolate Festival.

Enjoy life’s sweetness while spending an afternoon sampling your way through the beautiful gardens with sweet and spicy treats. Delights will include indulgent gourmet chocolates, zesty salsas and other unique Southwestern treats. All items will be available for purchase from local Valley vendors, so bring your wallet in case you fall in love!

The sounds of DJ World Famous Rani “g” and the fiery flamenco dancing of Yumi La Rosa will provide the entertainment for the afternoons.

The event will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday (November 12th-14th) from 10am-5pm.

Admission for adults is $15. Seniors are $13.50, Students (13-18 years of age and college with proper I.D.) are $7.50. Children ages 3-12 are $5.00 and Children under the age of 3 are free. Garden members are also free.
