The Farm at South Mountain to host its first Thanksgiving Buffet

This Thanksgiving, enjoy an elegant feast at The Farm at South Mountain with your family and loved ones. The Farm at South Mountain will hold its first annual Thanksgiving Buffet in the Pecan Grove for guests to escape the hustle and bustle of the city with canopies of pecan trees and acres of grass lawns.

Santa Barbara Catering will be providing the meal for the afternoon.

The Farm at South Mountain Thanksgiving Buffet Menu:

Sliced Roast Turkey (Sage & Peppercorn Rubbed Turkey thinly sliced & served with Homemade Gravy)

Baked Ham (with Pineapple & Brown Sugar Glaze)

Braised Beef Short Ribs (with Oven Roasted Shallots)

Old Fashioned Bread Stuffing (seasoned with Fresh Herbs, Walnuts, & Green Apples)

Whipped Potatoes (Creamy Russet Potatoes with Roasted Garlic & Chives)

Salad of Mixed Greens (with Spiced Pecans, Brie Cheese, and tossed in a Pomegranate Vinaigrette)

Oven Roasted Fall Vegetables (Eggplant, Winter Squash, Carrots, Onions, and Peppers all roasted to perfection)

Sweet Potato Gratin (perfectly seasoned with Pumpkin Spice & topped with Candied Pecans)

Fresh Fruit Salad (Seasonal Fruits macerated in Fresh Mint Syrup)

Sautéed French Beans (with Caramelized Shallots, White Wine & Toasted Almonds)

Cranberries (Fresh Cranberry Relish with Orange Zest)

Assorted Crusty Rolls (Offered with Whipped Butter)

Sweets

Orange Cake (Drizzled with Grand Marnier)

Farm Pecan Pie (with Fresh Whipped Cream)

Apple Cobbler (Granny Smith Apples Baked with Cinnamon and Butter topped with Streusel Topping)

Fall Pumpkin Pie (offered with Fresh Whipped Cream)

Bananas Foster (Flambéed Bananas poured over Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with Sugared Pecans, Cinnamon and Rum)

Beverages

Water, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Hot Cocoa, Apple Cider, Coffee, The Farm will supply glasses for Bring Your Own Wine.

The buffet will be offered at the following seating times on Thursday, November 25:

11:30am, noon, 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm

Cost is $50 for each adult, $22 for each child ages 8-12, and $12 for each child ages 3-7. Children under 3 are complimentary. However, highchairs will not be provided. Tax and a service charge are additional.
