Weekend Guide October 15th-17th

Planning ahead for your weekend out? We’ve highlighted some of our favorite weekend events to make it a little easier.

Here’s our Weekend Guide for October 15th-17th.

Friday, October 15th

  • 10pm-Midnight – Staff Meal at Petite Maison featuring Chris Galli as Guest Chef – $8-$12

Chris Galli will suit up in his chef’s coat and step into the kitchen at Petite Maison as the guest chef for the night’s Staff Meal. Chris, a devout “foodie”, will create a menu displaying his culinary talents, and will serve his special from 10pm-midnight. For more details, follow this link.

Saturday, October 16th

  • 10am-6pm – Queen Creek BBQ Cook-off – $10 General Admission

The Cook-Off is sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society and there will be over 40 teams competing in 4 meat categories: Brisket,Ribs, Pork & Chicken. Your $10 admission gets you 2 taster tickets (additional tickets are available for $2 a piece) so you will have an opportunity to enjoy the same foods up for judging.   • 7pm – Noche de Gourmet – $100 General Admission

One of Phoenix’s premier fundraising events, the 27th Annual Noche de Gourmet is a semi-formal evening of dining & dancing presented by the Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix. For more information, visit nochedegourmet.com

Sunday, October 17th

  • 6pm-9pm – 2010 Uncorked & Unplugged – $125

The 7th Annual Uncorked & Unplugged is being held Sunday at Desert Ridge, benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale. The night will include the culinary delights of 25 restaurants, 36 beverage distributors will be pouring and 4 bands will be present to entertain the crowds. For more details, follow this link.
