In honor of Fathers all over the Valley, Stingray Sushi will have the Oak & Smoke cocktail available all throughout the month of June.

Stingray Sushi's Oak & Smoke Cocktail Recipe

The Oak & Smoke is a variation of a Whiskey Sour, mixing bourbon, lemon juice, and honey with the zesty flavors of ginger liqueur and bitters. Top it with a smoking cinnamon stick and Dad just might be tempted to post it on Instagram first.

Stingray Sushi has provided the recipe for this celebratory cocktail in the event that you want to make one for your Dad at home.

If you are wanting to take Dad out and leave the cocktail to the pros, you can visit their Phoenix or Chandler location.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Basil Hayden Bourbon
  • .5 ounces Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • .75 ounces Lemon Juice
  • .75 ounces Honey Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Servings: cocktail
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a Rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel and charred cinnamon stick.
