Oak & Smoke Cocktail Recipe
In honor of Fathers all over the Valley, Stingray Sushi will have the Oak & Smoke cocktail available all throughout the month of June.
The Oak & Smoke is a variation of a Whiskey Sour, mixing bourbon, lemon juice, and honey with the zesty flavors of ginger liqueur and bitters. Top it with a smoking cinnamon stick and Dad just might be tempted to post it on Instagram first.

- 2 ounces Basil Hayden Bourbon
- .5 ounces Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- .75 ounces Lemon Juice
- .75 ounces Honey Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a Rocks glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel and charred cinnamon stick.
