Brat Haus will be hosting a Pig Roast during Arizona Beer Week.
For $24 you’ll receive a pig plate and a pint of Soured Pistaci-Yo Sour Saison. What’s included in your pig plate? A farm to table whole roasted pig cooked with Grand Canyon Brewing Company, along with smashed fingerling potatoes with rosemary butter, beer braised Brussels sprouts with apple cider vinegar, heirloom carrots glazed with brown sugar and garlic roasted local squash.
For $16 you can opt for a Pig Flight with beer pairings. You’ll enjoy beer braised pork belly bites with a sweet chili sauce and miso aioli paired with Deep in the Green Double IPA. You’ll also get the Haus made deviled eggs with bacon and dill, paired with Scotchy, Scotch, Scotch Ale. Your flight will round out with a mini mac slider with beef adn pork sausage patties topped with cheese, rootbeer onions and hush hush sauce on a brioche bun paired with Shaggy Bock.
