Niman Ranch Next Generation Scholarship Fund Brunch

When was the last time you had a great Sunday brunch created for you by not one, not two, but eight top chefs? Sound like a food fantasy world? Well, this Sunday is your chance to experience an exclusive menu brought together by eight Valley chefs for one great cause.

Niman's Ranch Next Generation Scholarship Fund Brunch

Chefs Bernie Kantak of Citizen Public House, Cullen Campbell of Crudo, Jacob Cutino of Homeboy’s Hot Sauce, Josh Herbert of POSH Improvisational Cuisine, Justin Beckett of Beckett’s Table, Scott Holmes of Little Miss BBQ, and Stephen Jones of The Larder + The Delta will join Gio Osso of Nico Heirloom Kitchen to create a special, multi-course brunch menu. This spectacular event will take place from 11am until 3pm and will cost $35 (not including tax or gratuity). A cash bar will also be available.

The multi-course meal is available for $35 pp++ and will feature multiple dishes presented for each course, many incorporating award-winning Niman Ranch pork. A cash bar will be available.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Niman Ranch Next Generation Scholarship Fund, which was created to raise awareness of the loss of traditional farming and ranching practices. The fund helps give children of farmers a better opportunity to return to the farm by helping pay for a portion of of their education.
