Proof, An American Canteen, is hosting a “head to tail” communal-style dinner to mark the beginning of the fall season.
“Pork is essential to the Proof concept, and lends itself perfectly to the spices and ingredients we tend to associate with autumn – cinnamon, apples, cider,” says Executive Sous Chef Jesse Hansen. “Anchor Brewing is featuring beers that perfectly complement these flavors, with hints of smokiness and spice, and a complexity that goes beyond the light beers we steer toward in summer.”
