Arizona Culinary Institute Announced Spring 2016 Wine Tasting Flight Schools

Join Arizona Culinary Institute Chefs and Students as they present the next in their series of Wine Tasting Flight Classes on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 and Wednesday, March 16, 2016. You’re invited to eat, drink and be merry. This wine lover’s happening features one seating at 6:30pm, promptly, on both nights.

ACI’s du Jour Restaurant is located at 10585 N. 114th Street in Scottsdale (116th Street and Shea). If you need any additional details you are invited to call 480.603.1066.

This cheery evening class, featuring a four-course tasting menu, is only $55 per person (which includes tax and gratuity) and is open to anyone 21 or older, but space is limited and participants must register online.

The entire menu will be prepared and served by the students of the Arizona Culinary Institute under the instruction of Chef Steven Butler and Chef Emily Smith, CWPC.
