Two of the Valley’s most prominent chefs, Beau MacMillan of Elements and Mark Tarbell of Tarbell’s, along with a handful of other well-known chefs, will host culinary celebration under the stars to raise money for charity.
The Second Annual Harvest Moon Dinner is sponsored by Cancer Treatment Centers of America® benefiting C-CAP Arizona is a unique dining experience under a full moon at an 69 acre organic garden. Guests will enjoy cocktails and wine while sampling dishes prepared by C-CAP high school students, mentored by Top AZ Chefs. Ticket prices begin at $100, with $75 dollers per ticket being tax-deductible.
This event gives students the opportunity to cook alongside some of the top chefs in the Valley, soaking up all the knowledge they can in their time together. Some of the noted Chef Mentors are:
