When it comes to foods that’s go perfectly together, bacon and beer might be my favorite combination. On October 7th, the Scottsdale Bacon and Beer Classic is touching down in Scottsdale with an all-inclusive festival that you’re not going to want to miss. I can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday but if you need convincing, sit back and check out all the delicious details!

Scottsdale Bacon and Beer ClassicThe Lowdown on the Scottsdale Bacon and Beer Classic

The Scottsdale Bacon and Beer Classic is one of those magical festivals that will bring together foodies from all walks of life; those that dine at four-star restaurants and those that prefer Food Truck Fridays will all converge for this savory Saturday.

You’ll have the opportunity to sip on over 50 craft beers from regional breweries and sample more than 25 bacon-infused dishes from some of your local chefs.

If you need more reason than that to attend there will also be giant Jenga, a bungee run and a bacon eating contest just to call out a few of the extra activities.

Never heard of the Bacon and Beer Classic? They have made appearances in Chicago, Las Vegas, Nashville, New York City, Seattle, Santa Clara, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Indianapolis and Philadelphia. Basically, they are closing in on national bacon and beer domination.

While the participating restaurants and breweries have not yet been announced, you can be sure that there will be something for the bacon purists as well as those looking for something a little more unique, all with the perfect beer that will pair in perfect harmony with the bacon infused offerings.

One of my favorite things about this festival is that it is essentially all-inclusive. One price, all the tastes. In addition to that, there are two phases of the event, the first beginning at 1pm and the second at 7pm, I feel like this is to give a wider audience the opportunity to enjoy the festival as well as to make some time to replenish all those delicious bacon dishes.
