Game On! Where to Watch the 2017 Super Bowl

22 weeks of football have passed and the 2017 Super Bowl is finally here. You’ve watched your favorite teams battle it out, week after week. There were good times and bad, but they’ve all led to this point. If you’re looking to gather with friends and watch the game with great food, lots of high energy and a comfortable atmosphere move your viewing party out of your living room and get to any one of these great spots for viewing the 2017 Super Bowl.

Burger Theory

Visit Burger Theory and enjoy mix and match beer buckets all day for $20. Burger Theory has nearly 30 different bottles of beer to choose from, local stouts, domestics and imports. Mix and match your favorite beers and indulge in delicious burgers. While you are there don’t forget to check out Burger Theory’s new menu that includes three new burgers like the Breakfast Burger, Ultimate Sriracha Burger and a southwest inspired On the Border Burger.

Whether you’re from the Midwest, Southwest or somewhere in between, no matter which teams you root for – both Half Moon Sports Grill locations are you’re Super Bowl LI party headquarters when the Atlanta Falcons take on the New England Patriots on Sunday, Feb. 5. From 11am until 12pm enjoy $6 burgers and $4 Long Islands. From 12pm until 1pm you’ll get domestic drafts for $2.50 and wings for $.60 a piece. From 1pm until 2pm grub on calamari for only $6 and wash that down with $3.50 premium drafts. From 2pm until 3pm fish and chips will only be $7 and New Belgium drafts will run at $3.50. All day long you’ll be able to enjoy $12 mimosa bottles, $5 Three Olives Bloody Mary’s and $4 Dos XX drafts. Limited reservations are still available with a $25 food and beverage minimum per person. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance and seatings are available at 2pm, 2:30pm and 3pm. If you want a little more privacy, both locations offer private rooms and feature plush leather sofa chairs and your own big screen tv.

Islands will be hosting an all day happy hour in their bar area on Super Bowl Sunday. Everything on the menu is under $10, including the new Honey Sriracha Wings, loaded Island Nachos, Sliders, Big Island Iced Tea, and Coors Light. Each location also has multiple big screen TVs playing the Super Bowl (of course!), and each restaurant features bartender-call-it specials/trivia games for chances to win gift cards and swag.

Stop by Kelly’s in Old Town Scottsdale on Sunday, February 5thand enjoy all day happy hour. Pedal Haus Brewery

This recently revamped microbrewery in the heart of Tempe is now more conducive than ever for ample sports viewing with 40 televisions, a lush community style beer garden and Sunday Funday specials all day. Football fans can enjoy half-priced wings, $3 Pedal Haus Beers, $3 Mimosas, $4 Bloody Marys and $5 Margaritas. With 11 rotating beers on tap and multiple seating options to choose from, Pedal Haus is the perfect alterative to the original Super Bowl “haus” party.

Sunday, February 5th celebrate the Big Game at Salty Sow. The restaurant will be offering their popular, “Dinner On Us” (buy one entree, get one free) beginning at 4pm. Roaring Fork will be serving signature wood fired favorites like their Big Ass burger, grilled fish tacos, boneless buttermilk fried chicken and their bacon wrapped pork tenderloin.

Salty Sow

With 29 TV’s, an indoor-outdoor bar and not a poor football viewing seat in the brewpub, Social Tap is celebrating the big game with $4 Social Tap beers all day and weekend brunch with sweet and savory options like the Baked French Toast with blueberry compote and the Cali Breakfast Plate. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with five cent mimosa re-fills and drink specials include $20 beer buckets, $4 Fireball shots, and $5 Deep Eddy Vodka. The Lodge’s outdoor patio includes over 20 televisions, a cozy fireplace and yard-style games like corn hole, Rolle Bolle, and Jumbo Jenga.
