Bar Brawl is Back!
Summer temperatures can make some of people cranky and hot tempered. Why not channel that energy into something positive, like the Bar Brawl at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain?
What is the Bar Brawl?
Every Summer, the Valley’s top mixologist battle it out at Jade Bar for the title of Bar Master and this Summer is no exception. The battle began on July 17th and will continue through August 7th. After that, the finalists move into the semi-finals with the Bar Brawl Bar Master being named on August 28th.
Each three round match is judged by local celebrities and takes place on Sundays at 8pm. Winner of the initial four battles will move onto the semifinals until three is only one left standing. Elements Executive Chef Beau MacMillan will emcee the event and lead mixologist Eddie Aces will referee each Bar Brawl event. There will also be DJ entertainment during the event and a special Bar Brawl Bites menu, all at happy hour prices.

Who’s participating in the Bar Brawl?
Jax Donahue| Crudo and Okra
John Christie| Second Story Liquor Bar
Keifer Gilbert| Crudo and Counter Intuitive
Maxton Kennedy| The Ostrich
Tim Lafever, Jr.| Bitter & Twisted and Counter Intuitive
Libby Longlott| The Camby Hotel’s Bee’s Knees
Matt Martinex| OBON Sushi Bar Ramen
Stephanie Teslar| The Clever Koi Group
Who has won so far?
On July 17th, Matt Martinez and Libby Longlott battled it out and Libby was victorious in the first match up.
The second battle took place on July 24th between Kiefer Gilbert and Maxton Kennedy. Kiefer walked away as the winner from this round.
On July 31st Tim LaFever and John Christie battled it out and John was named the winner of this bout.

August 14, 2016| Semi-finals
August 21, 2016| Semi-finals
August 28, 2016| Championship round and the Bar Brawl Bar Master will be crowned.
