Grilling Tips From Burger Theory for Memorial Day: Farm Fresh Burger

If you are looking to create the same mouthwatering burgers that you get at Burger Theory here are some great tips to get you started!

Grilling Tips from Burger Theory

  • Before you begin grilling, decide which type of patty you will be using. Beef, chicken, turkey or veggie? One you have that decided you are well on your way to get grilling.
  • When getting ready to grill any kind of meat, you’re going to want to take it out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before putting it on the grill. This will allow the meat to brown and caramelize more evenly when it hits the grill.
  • Once you place your patty on the hot grill, leave it be! Don’t give in to the urge to constantly flip. Give the patty a chance to sear and seal in those tasty juices. When you are able to easily lift your patty off of the grill, its ready to be flipped.
  • When your meat is grilled to your liking, take it off the grill and let it rest. Set the meat aside, cover it with aluminum foil and allow the juices to redistribute. If yo cut into the burger before allowing the meat to rest, all f the juices will come out leaving your meat to be dry.
  • Once your burger is grilled to perfection and properly rested, spice it up with unique toppings like garlic mayo, goat cheese, grilled veggies or even coleslaw. Get crazy!
