Chef Fabrice Plans a Special Mother’s Day Menu

For the second year, Cuisine & Wine Bistro is hosting a special Mother’s Day luncheon from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 8.
Chef and owner Fabrice Buschtetz has crafted a special menu featuring a choice of starters, entrees and desserts.  Diners can choose from:
Starters:                                                                                                                         
Fabrice’s Famous Escargots – $12                                                                                                   
Fresh Salmon & Asparagus in a Puff Pastry case with a Creamy Sauce – $13
Zucchini Roll with a savory Cream Cheese filling – $10
                                                                                          
Entrees:
Lamb Rack in a Parsley & Garlic Crust – $25
Ribeye Board: Our famous 14 oz Angus Ribeye grilled to perfection, served with a Wine Shallot Butter – $28 
Mahi Mahi rolled in pistachio nuts, served on a bed of young spinach & roasted tomatoes – $19
Desserts:                                                                               
Chocolate with a melting Raspberry heart – $8
Nougatine Ice Cream served with Meringue & Belgian hot Chocolate sauce – $8
Pineapple Slice Roasted & Glazed with a Rum Caramel – $8
 
In addition, there will be a children’s menu and specials for mimosas and bellinis. All mothers will be given a free glass of celebration.
Fabrice’s wife and restaurant co-owner, Mairead, said the bistro provides the perfect  relaxing atmosphere to celebrate mothers. “Mother’s Day is often a special day out for moms when they don’t have to do any cooking or cleaning up themselves. We want them to come and enjoy their afternoon.”
Cuisine & Wine Bistro celebrated its first-year anniversary in March after Buschtetz family launched the restaurant with high expectations of bringing customers relaxing music, exquisite food, impeccable service and an incomparable selection of domestic and imported wines. The bistro was named Best Wine Bar in Arizona by Buzzfeed.com, an honor that was bestowed based on customer reviews and rankings from Yelp.
