The slight chill in the air and the addition of boots to your wardrobe can only mean one thing; our Arizona “winter” has arrived. Local Bistro has rolled out a new menu to stay true to the ingredients available at their peak.
The Bites
Some standouts on the new menu are noted below:
Calamari Fritti| fried calamari, zucchini and smoked paprika aioli
Drunk Bread| crusty bread, white wine and Gruyere
French Onion Soup| classic preparation with cheese fondue
Pork Schnitzel| bone-in breaded , arugula, pickled mustard seeds and sauerkraut mashed potatoes
Pan Roasted Sea Bass| clams, chorizo, tomato broth and polenta
Garganelli Arrabiata| spicy tomato ragu, garlic and grana Padano

Mule of Thyme| Sobieski vodka, strawberry, fresh lime, ginger beer and a sprig of thyme
Basil Gimlet| vodka, lime and basil
Spiced Manhattan| cognac, infused vermouth, az bitters lab figgy pudding bitters and an orange peel
