Beckett’s Table Chefs Justin and Jeff have collaborated with Four Peaks’ Chef Mark to come up with a three course beer-centric dinner. Beer poached and chilled shrimp, collard green pecan pesto, pickled tomatoes and mustard seeds, house smoked horseradish Fontina

Second | House-made Pork Belly Pastrami

House-made sauerkraut, brioche pretzel, “thousand island” pickle relish

Third | La Plancha Seared Domestic Lamb Chops

White bean garlic puree, pickled peppers, preserved lemon, escarole, mustard breadcrumbs
